Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign two young Sporting players for a combined fee of €74 million, according to renowned sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. The club has finalized deals for 17-year-old winger Geovany Quenda and 20-year-old defensive midfielder Dário Essugo, who is currently on loan at Spanish side Las Palmas. 6b19

Essugo (€22.27 million) will officially Chelsea in the summer of 2025, while Quenda (€52.14 million) will continue his development at Sporting until 2026 before making the switch to Stamford Bridge. The highly-rated winger has already ed his medical, sealing his long-term future with the Blues.

Quenda has made 44 appearances in all competitions this season, contributing two goals and eight assists. Meanwhile, Essugo has featured 19 times and scored once. Both players are seen as key long-term investments as Chelsea continue to build for the future.
